Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success / Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, resolving basic product-related issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills in both English and Hindi, along with a customer-focused approach and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and support channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
Assist customers with basic product/application-related queries.
Coordinate with the Technical, Product, and Internal Support Teams for issue resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved within the expected timeline.
Maintain proper records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.




Provide basic guidance and support to customers regarding application features and processes.
Escalate technical or complex issues to the concerned internal team.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Support customer onboarding and provide basic product orientation when required.
Identify recurring customer issues and communicate them to the relevant internal teams.
Meet defined customer support and service-level targets.
Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi – Mandatory.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable communicating with customers over phone calls.
Ability to understand and explain information clearly.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
