About the Role
Ushur is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the commercial, procurement, and day-to-day legal needs of a growing enterprise AI company serving regulated industries.
Reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel,



this role will work closely with stakeholders across Ushur’s India office and global business teams, with a particular focus on commercial contracting, procurement, AI and technology agreements, data protection, information security, and practical legal support for the business.
This is a hands-on role for a lawyer with robust contracting fundamentals who is ready to take meaningful ownership. You will draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, partner, and procurement agreements; advise internal teams on commercial and legal risk; and help improve the templates, playbooks, and workflows that support Ushur’s contracting process.
