FR Rubber is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development / Industrial Sales Engineer to drive current customer acquisition and expand our business across the automotive, auto-component, engineering and industrial sectors.

This is a new-business development role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable identifying target recent companies, reaching decision-makers, generating RFQs and converting opportunities into
long-term customers.

? Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers across automotive and industrial sectors
• Research target companies and identify relevant Purchase, Procurement, Vendor Development and Engineering contacts
• Generate new leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and direct outreach
• Initiate conversations with potential customers and arrange meetings
• Visit customers and understand their product and application requirements
• Obtain drawings, samples, specifications and RFQs




• Coordinate with the internal engineering and production teams for quotations and development
• Follow up on quotations, samples, trials and commercial discussions
• Coordinate vendor registration and onboarding with new customers
• Track opportunities and maintain a structured sales pipeline
• Convert new opportunities into enquiries, RFQs, trials and purchase orders
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

? Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales / Business Development
• Experience in automotive, auto components, rubber, plastics, seals, gaskets or engineering products will be strongly preferred
• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma preferred
• Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Industrial Engineering background preferred
• Proven ability to generate new customers and business enquiries
• Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new companies
• Good communicat
