We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialists to be part of our growing team. This role
requires end to end ownership of the hiring cycle. With strong exposure to IT & Non - IT
hiring, stakeholder management and external vendor management.

Key Responsibilities :

● Manage end to end recruitment process across different departments (Sales,
Operations, Marketing, Tech, HR & Finance)
● Focus on sales hiring as in Channel Sales, Dealer Sales and Contractual hiring in the
similar industry
● Source candidates through various channels, referrals and market mapping
● Work closely with stakeholders and business partners to understand the hiring and
workforce planning
● Maintain active and passive candidate pipeline based on the hiring priorities
● Keep recruitment trackers and reports up to date on a regular basis
● Manage multiple roles simultaneously across various experience levels
● Handle offer rollouts,



ctc negotiations and onboarding formalities
● Track hiring metrics of TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire and update to the team
● Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing till onboarding coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications :

● 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in Building materials
industries or any other industry
● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR or relevant field
● Experience in sales hiring in preferred
● Strong experience in stakeholder management, vendor management & business
leader collaboration
● Proficiency in ATS, Microsoft or Google suite
● Exposure to recruitment marketing & employer branding
● Should have worked in a startup or quick paced environment
