Role Description The Lead Customer Success Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City. This role focuses on guiding customers through the successful adoption and ongoing use of UKG solutions, acting as a technical and strategic advisor. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting complex product issues, coordinating with engineering and product teams to resolve customer challenges,



and configuring or optimizing solution deployments based on customer needs. The Lead Customer Success Engineer will analyze usage data, recommend best practices, and conduct training or knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance customer value and satisfaction. The role also involves developing long-term customer success plans, documenting solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and product capabilities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in customer success, technical support, or solutions engineering, with experience managing complex, enterprise-level customers.
Strong technical proficiency in SaaS platforms, cloud-based applications, APIs, and integration concepts; familiarity with workforce or HR technologies is an advantage.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose issues, interpret data, and propose practical, scalable solutions.
