Role Description The Plotted Development – Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales and revenue for plotted development projects. In this role, the Sales Manager identifies prospective buyers, conducts site visits, delivers project presentations, and follows up on leads generated through various marketing channels. The position involves negotiating terms, preparing proposals,



and supporting customers through the complete sales cycle, including documentation and closing. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate information, smooth customer experience, and timely handovers. The role also includes tracking sales performance, maintaining CRM records, and providing market insights to management for strategy refinement.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure within real estate or plotted developments.
Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and communication abilities to engage walk-in customers, channel partners, and high-net-worth clients.
Knowledge of real estate regulations, documentation processes, and basic legal and compliance requirements related to land and plotted projects.
