Why This Role Matters
As Assistant Manager – Admin, you will own the day-to-day administration and workplace operations for the office, ensuring a seamless, cost-efficient, and well-managed employee experience. The role goes beyond traditional administration. You will be expected to use technology, automation, AI tools, and data to simplify administrative processes, improve decision-making, strengthen reporting, and identify opportunities for cost and operational efficiencies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure workplace operations are scalable, responsive,



and increasingly data-driven.

What You’ll Own
Drive end-to-end workplace operations and administration, ensuring a seamless, well-managed, and productive office environment across facilities, infrastructure, and employee amenities.
Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including onboarding, negotiations, SLAs, contracts, renewals, and performance tracking.
Handle employee and leadership travel, accommodation, transportation, and travel cost optimization.
Plan and execute office events, leadership visits, team meetings, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage office procurement, inventory, supplies, purchase processes, invoices, and administrative budgets.
Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities across travel, vendors, procurement, facilities, and workplace operations.
Prepare and own weekly/monthly MIS, expense reports, vendor dashboards, utilization reports, and operational analytics.
