Role Description: The Digital Printing & Laser Cutting Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the printing and laser departments.



This role focuses on ensuring high-quality output, managing the production queue, maintaining precision equipment, and leading a team of operators to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UV Digital Printing & Laser Cutting operations.
Strong knowledge of production processes, software (RIP, CorelDraw/Illustrator), and machine handling.
Leadership and Team Management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
