Role Summary
The Cluster Manager will lead CSR fundraising and corporate partnership activities for the assigned cluster. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing a team of Assistant Cluster Managers and Business Development professionals, developing strategic relationships with corporates, PSUs, foundations, and government stakeholders, and ensuring achievement of fundraising and business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the cluster business development team.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Create action plans to improve team productivity and conversions.
CSR Fundraising & Business Development




Develop and execute cluster-level business development strategies.
Generate CSR funding opportunities from corporates, PSUs, trusts, and foundations.
Build relationships with CSR Heads, CXOs, HR Leaders, and key decision-makers.
Drive proposal submissions, negotiations, and partnership closures.
Ensure achievement of assigned revenue and fundraising targets.
Stakeholder Management
Manage strategic client relationships and key accounts.
Represent the organization in CSR forums, networking events, and industry meetings.
Maintain solid engagement with existing partners and identify expansion opportunities.
Coordinate with internal project teams for seamless project execution.
Revenue & Performance Management
Own and deliver cluster revenue targets.
Track business pipeline, forecasting, and conversion metrics.
Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure accurate CRM updates and business reporting.
