About the Role
We’re looking for an SEO Growth Analyst / Digital Marketing Analyst with prior experience working in a digital marketing agency.
This role is specifically for candidates who have worked with multiple clients, multiple industries, and agency-driven SEO deliverables and understand how to manage SEO execution, analysis, reporting, and client requirements in a quick-paced agency environment.
You should have strong hands-on SEO experience and a practical understanding of up-to-date search, commercial SEO, AI search, content optimization, analytics, and digital marketing.
Exposure to AEO, GEO, AIO, Semantic SEO, Entity SEO, SXO and CRO is highly valued.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and paid media performance metrics is an added advantage.
What You’ll Work On
Execute SEO strategies for multiple client accounts across different industries.
Conduct technical, on-page and off-page SEO activities.




Perform keyword research, SERP analysis and search-intent analysis.
Identify commercial, transactional and high-intent search opportunities.
Optimize service, industry, location and landing pages for organic growth.
Develop and optimize topic clusters and internal-linking structures.
Conduct technical SEO audits and identify website architecture issues.
Work on Schema, structured data and entity optimization.
Perform competitor and content-gap analysis.
Optimize content for AEO, GEO and AIO.
Improve visibility across Google Search, Google AI experiences, ChatGPT,
Gemini, Perplexity and other AI search environments.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and lead-generation metrics.
Prepare SEO performance reports and actionable recommendations for clients.
Coordinate with content, development, design and performance marketing teams.
Identify CRO and SXO opportunities on client websites.
