We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the organization’s HR function and drive people-focused initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, payroll management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and team leadership.
The role requires a hands-on HR leader who can build effective people processes, ensure compliance, support business growth, and create a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete Human Resources function, ensuring HR strategies and processes are aligned with organizational objectives.
Own end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, onboarding, and hiring closure.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and retain high-quality talent across functions and levels.




Manage core HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance, leave management, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
Oversee payroll management, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, payroll inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with finance and external payroll partners to resolve payroll-related discrepancies and maintain accurate employee records.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
Drive employee engagement initiatives that improve employee experience, motivation, productivity, and retention.
Establish effective mechanisms for addressing and resolving employee grievances fairly, confidentially, and promptly.
