We are seeking a highly professional, customer-centric, and results-oriented female candidate for the position of Executive – Customer Experience. The role will be responsible for supporting the Manager – Customer Experience in driving service excellence and ensuring a consistently high-quality client experience across our managed office spaces

The role will be responsible for driving client engagement, satisfaction, retention, advocacy, referrals, and collections support while ensuring robust coordination with internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Execute customer experience initiatives, including feedback programs, NPS, CSAT, client engagement activities, networking events, and value-added services.
Client Retention & Renewals: Monitor client sentiment and renewal risks, support pre-renewal engagement, and contribute to retention and relationship management strategies.
Collections & Compliance: Coordinate regional collections follow-ups and overdue recovery in collaboration with the Finance team.



Ensure timely and accurate completion of client documentation and compliance requirements.
Client Advocacy & Marketing Support: Coordinate the collection of client testimonials, Google and social media reviews, client spotlight stories, and content for newsletters and other marketing initiatives.
Client Engagement: Plan and execute client engagement initiatives, including networking events, workshops, celebrations, and community-building programs.
Client Referrals: Support the planning and execution of referral programs, ensure quality referrals, and coordinate with the Sales team for effective conversion and follow-up.
Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate records, prepare regular reports, and ensure effective coordination across multiple locations and internal functions.
