About the role
CloudFiles builds document capabilities for Salesforce and HubSpot, used by companies across the US, UK, EU and ANZ. Marketing here is a small, high-output team: you will work alongside another marketing associate and report directly to the CEO, with real ownership from your first quarter.
Marketing at CloudFiles is refreshingly concrete. Every campaign starts with a clear goal, gets the room and budget to run, and ends with an honest read on what it moved. You will own campaigns of your own, end to end, from the idea to the result.

The way we work: AI, directed by craft
CloudFiles works AI-first. The time-consuming parts of marketing, the research, the drafting, the measurement and the reporting, are done here by directing AI tools rather than by hand. It is a genuinely different way to work: you spend your day on the interesting decisions instead of the grind, and you ship what a much larger team ships elsewhere.




You do not need to have worked this way before; almost nobody has, and we will help you learn it. What makes someone great at it is strong marketing fundamentals, because the job becomes judgment: what a campaign is for, who it is for, and whether the work in front of you is genuinely good. What you will do
Run our owned channels. The website, our marketplace listings, and our presence on review sites like G2.
Own campaigns end to end. Webinars, newsletters, content for the Salesforce ecosystem press, and industry events, from plan to result.
Grow the right audience. Building our following among the people who actually buy document software, on LinkedIn and beyond, with a transparent weekly read on progress.
Tell the story with numbers. A simple weekly view of what is working, so the campaigns that work get more fuel.
