Role Description The Junior Site Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for supporting daily site operations for civil construction projects at Avodha’s Kochi location. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting with supervision of construction activities, monitoring work progress, and ensuring tasks are completed in accordance with design plans, quality standards,



and safety regulations. The role includes coordinating with senior engineers, contractors, and vendors, maintaining site records, and preparing basic reports and documentation. The Junior Site Engineer will help with quantity checks, material inspections, and verification of measurements, as well as contribute to problem-solving for site-related issues. This position offers practical exposure to civil engineering practices, with opportunities to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Qualifications
Civil engineering foundation: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with understanding of construction materials, structural fundamentals, and basic project workflows.
