About The Role

The Presales Bid Manager is a vital component of our presales team, acting as the operational engine that drives the end-to-end solutioning process. This role involves managing the complete lifecycle of proposal submissions, including RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals, ensuring that all deliverables are of high quality,



compliant with client requirements, and submitted within stipulated deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the bid management process, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to craft compelling and accurate proposals that align with Tiger Analytics’ strategic goals.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in bid management and presales coordination, specifically within the IT services sector focusing on Data & Analytics proposals. A proven track record of managing high-stakes RFPs and RFIs is essential. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality. Strong written communication, editing, and document formatting skills are required, with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint
