Role
We are looking for a Digital Engagement Manager with 2+ years of experience to drive Anant Cars’ digital presence, customer engagement and digital lead generation across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Drive digital campaigns, social media, content and lead-generation initiatives.
Manage digital enquiries and ensure prompt lead assignment, follow-up and CRM hygiene.
Manage and strengthen Google Business Profiles, website presence and online reputation/reviews.
Track campaign performance, customer behaviour and digital-to-retail conversion metrics.
Plan content calendars, festive campaigns, showroom activations and digital initiatives.
Coordinate closely with sales,



marketing and branch teams to connect digital engagement with showroom business.
Identify and leverage new digital platforms, tools and opportunities to generate business.
Drive adoption and effective usage of digital tools across branches.

What We’re Looking For
2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, customer engagement or a related role; automotive/retail experience preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, project/program management and execution skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, digital lead-management platforms and analytics/reporting.
Robust understanding of the current digital, social media and technology ecosystem.
Proactive, tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple teams and locations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Digital Marketing preferred.
