Role Description
The Human Resources Generalist at Pro Ultimate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali office. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations,



including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting performance management processes. The role involves implementing and communicating HR policies, coordinating employee benefits and leave administration, and addressing routine employee queries and concerns. The HR Generalist will support recruitment activities, assist with HR-related compliance, and collaborate with managers to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The person in this role will also help organize HR initiatives such as training sessions, engagement activities, and feedback programs to support the growth of teams across the fitness ecosystem.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices, including generalist experience across core HR functions.
Demonstrated ability in HR Management and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
