Role Description The Reservations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing room reservations and related guest inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include handling reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels, updating booking systems, and ensuring accurate records of guest details, special requests, and payment information. The role involves providing timely, courteous responses, optimizing room inventory, and coordinating with front office and sales teams to support occupancy and revenue goals.



The Reservations Executive will assist in upselling room categories and packages, maintaining service standards, and contributing to a seamless guest experience before arrival.

Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and internal teams.
Experience in Reservations and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage booking processes accurately and efficiently.
Sales skills to support upselling of rooms, packages, and services while maintaining guest trust and comfort.
Prior experience in hospitality or travel industry, preferably in a reservations or front office role.
Proficiency with reservation or property management systems and basic MS Office tools.
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree in Hospital
