Calorie Tracker Buddy is a health and wellness platform that connects employees with fitness and health experts through live virtual consultations. We help individuals build healthier habits through accessible, expert-led guidance around nutrition, fitness and overall wellness.
We are now expanding into the corporate wellness ecosystem and are looking for an enthusiastic B2B Sales Intern who can help us build our corporate client base.
The Role
As a B2B Sales Intern, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with companies that invest in employee wellness, preventive healthcare and employee engagement programmes.
You will work closely with the founding/business team to build a corporate sales pipeline, reach out to HR and People teams, pitch our wellness subscriptions, schedule demos and help convert prospects into paying corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential corporate clients across startups,



SMEs and large organizations.
Build and maintain a database of HR Heads, CHROs, People & Culture leaders, Admin and Employee Engagement teams.
Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, calls and other relevant channels.
Introduce Calorie Tracker Buddy and understand the company's employee wellness requirements.
Schedule product demos and consultations with decision-makers.
Assist in creating and presenting customized corporate wellness packages.
Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Work towards weekly/monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
Track conversations, follow-ups and sales activity using CRM/Google Sheets.
Gather feedback from prospective corporate clients and share insights with the product/business team.
Explore partnerships and opportunities with companies offering employee advantages, insurance, HR technology and wellness solutions.
