About The Role

This is a full-time, remote Bookkeeper position designed to support the daily accounting operations of our diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and reconciling financial transactions, maintaining organized general ledgers, and preparing routine journal entries in accordance with established accounting standards and firm procedures.



The role involves assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining audit-ready records. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting, aligning with the Canadian time zone.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: CA IPCC and B.Com Graduate.
Experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is considered an asset.
Proven bookkeeping skills, including maintaining general ledgers and handling daily transaction recording.
Proficiency in creating, posting, and documenting journal entries with appropriate approvals.
Robust numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client files efficiently.
Comfortable working remotely, with the ability to coordinate effectively within the Canadian time zone.
