Role Description The Procurement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities to support Ambrosial’s supply chain and product portfolio.



The role includes sourcing and evaluating vendors, preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and packaging, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The Procurement Executive will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and quality, and support cost optimization while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Daily tasks also involve tracking supplier performance, resolving delivery or quality issues, supporting audits and documentation, and contributing to process improvements within the procurement function.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong purchasing process and purchase management skills, including experience with purchase orders and vendor coordination.
