Operations Executive – Job Description
Job – Summary
This role focuses on managing end-to-end inventory operations across e-commerce platforms, with a strong emphasis on Amazon. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock availability across regions, planning timely replenishments, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of supply chain processes in a dynamic business environment.

What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end inventory planning and control across multiple SKUs
Track regional stock availability and ensure strong in-stock performance
Plan and execute replenishment strategies based on demand trends
Manage product replication and inbounding on e-commerce platforms (especially Amazon)
Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to keep supply smooth
Identify stock risks (overstock / stockouts)



and take proactive action
Turn data into insights to improve supply chain efficiency
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in inventory management / supply chain / e-commerce operations
Strong experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms
Solid understanding of regional inventory planning & replenishment
Advanced Excel skills (must-have):
VLOOKUP
SUMIFS
Data handling & reporting
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
Good to Have
Experience with ERP / inventory management tools
Exposure to demand forecasting
Prior experience in e-commerce or D2C brands
