About The Role

As an IT Service Engineer II within our Treasury IT and D&T; Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our Collateral Management platforms running smoothly, efficiently, and at the cutting edge. This is a hands-on,



high-impact role where you'll work across incident management, change delivery, vendor collaboration, and platform modernisation. You'll have the opportunity to bring your ideas to the table, deepen your expertise, and grow alongside a team that genuinely values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Incident & Request Management: Analyse, triage, and resolve L3 incidents and service requests in line with established processes, ensuring timely and effective outcomes

Change & Bug Fix Delivery: Manage and drive the end-to-end implementation of change requests and bug fixes, coordinating across stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Vendor Liaison: Act as the key connecting point between the Collateral Management team and our external vendor, facilitating clear communication and productive resolution of issues

Platform Modernisation: Actively support the team in modernising the underlying technology lan
