About The Role

The Senior Executive, HR Operations at LeadSquared is a critical role responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational activities to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience. This position requires meticulous attention to detail,



process orientation, and proactive stakeholder engagement. The incumbent will oversee employee onboarding, data management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee documentation, contributing to a positive employee experience and operational excellence. The role demands a hands-on approach with proficiency in HRMS systems, payroll processes, and compliance standards. The Senior Executive will work closely with various internal teams such as HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and Legal, as well as external vendors, to facilitate smooth HR operations aligned with organizational policies and statutory regulations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources is preferred, providing a solid foundation in HR principles and practices. Candid
