About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Teacher Operations team on a contractual basis.



This role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end hiring process for online educators across various subjects including Coding, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Math. The ideal candidate will have 3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring, preferably within the EdTech or education sectors. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and onboarding teaching candidates from both domestic and international markets. Your primary goal will be to ensure that each hire aligns with Codingal’s standards and expectations, contributing to the delivery of high-quality education and a seamless onboarding experience for current teachers.
