About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist to develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for clients, products, and services.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, paid media, market research, customer segmentation, campaign strategy, positioning, and performance marketing. The candidate will work closely with the sales, creative, content, and performance marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, qualified leads, customer acquisition, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end Go-to-Market strategies based on business objectives, target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Conduct detailed market research, competitor analysis, customer research, and audience analysis.
Define target markets, customer segments, buyer personas, positioning, messaging,



and value propositions.
Develop integrated digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Develop campaign objectives, media plans, budgets, audience strategies, messaging, and KPIs.
Work closely with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign assets.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing campaigns generate relevant and qualified leads.
Develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, remarketing, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data and business objectives.
Analyse key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and overall campaign ROI.
