About The Role

The Senior Sales Specialist based in either of the locations (NCR/Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune) is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, expanding margins, retaining existing customers, and developing new business opportunities within an assigned portfolio of customers, products, markets, or geographies.



This role involves working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, execute strategic commercial initiatives, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Success in this position requires a strong commercial acumen, customer-centric approach, relationship management capabilities, negotiation skills, and disciplined execution. The role offers an exciting opportunity to influence business outcomes and foster long-term client relationships while contributing to Dow’s global growth objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, technical sales, business development, account management, or other customer-facing roles.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and to deliver measurable business growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
