We are looking for a versatile IT Sales & Support Executive to handle IT sales activities and technical support. The candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, promoting IT solutions, and providing technical assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads, identify potential clients, and promote IT products and services.
Handle client calls, meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and sales coordination.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems within the required timeframe.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
Maintain records of sales activities, customer requirements, support requests, and resolutions.




Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for technical issues and product/service delivery.

Qualification
Graduation / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in IT sales, technical support, or a similar role.
Candidates with experience in both sales and IT support will be preferred.
