Role Description The Key Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.



This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met through locatR.AI’s solutions. Day-to-day activities include developing account plans, coordinating with internal teams to deliver value, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The Key Account Manager will handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and proactively communicate product updates and insights. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, contributing to business planning, and supporting the implementation of locatR.AI’s platform to drive long-term customer success.

Qualifications
Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with a track record of handling strategic or enterprise clients.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support business planning and forecasting.
