Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Support – Freight Forwarding role based in Mumbai. The role involves supporting the sales team with quotations, rate inquiries, and proposals for freight forwarding and export shipments. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with operations and customer service teams, tracking shipments, preparing documentation, and responding to client queries in a timely manner. The position also requires maintaining accurate records in internal systems, following up on leads,



and assisting with reporting and basic market research related to freight transportation. Collaboration with global offices and carriers is expected to ensure smooth execution of forwarding services and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation, with an understanding of international logistics processes.
Knowledge of Forwarding and Export procedures, including documentation and regulatory requirements.
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle queries, provide updates, and build positive client relationships.
Positive communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Ability to work accurately with data, rates, and shipment details; basic proficiency in MS Office and email tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
