Role Description The Purchasing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Malur, Karnataka. The Purchasing Executive will manage the end-to-end procurement process, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders,



and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include vendor communication, price and terms negotiation, monitoring inventory levels, and aligning procurement activities with production and project requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate purchase records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, finance, and quality to support smooth operations. The successful candidate will contribute to cost-effective purchasing, reliable supply chain management, and continuous improvement of procurement practices.
