About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Executive – Client & Campaigns to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for someone with around 1 year of experience who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented and interested in managing the day-to-day execution of marketing and influencer campaigns.
You will work closely with clients, internal creative/production teams and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Coordination
Assist in managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Track campaign timelines, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaign requirements.
Follow up with stakeholders on pending deliverables and action items.




Maintain campaign trackers and ensure project information is up to date.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Support day-to-day communication with clients and external stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and ensure they are communicated clearly to the relevant internal teams.
Share campaign updates, timelines and deliverable status with stakeholders.
Document client feedback and coordinate with internal teams for necessary revisions.
Escalate delays, blockers and potential issues to the reporting manager proactively.
Briefing & Execution
Assist in gathering campaign requirements and preparing transparent execution briefs.
Coordinate with creative, production, talent/influencer and other relevant teams.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, timelines and expectations.
Follow up on multiple rounds of feedback and ensure revisions are closed within timelines.
Quality & Delivery
Conduct basic quality checks on campaign deliver
