Role Description This part time remote role is for a Research Writer specializing in the Marathi language. The Research Writer will conduct structured research on academic and vocational topics relevant to Career Plan Academy’s programs and convert findings into clear, well-organized Marathi content. Daily tasks include preparing research-based articles, study materials, and reports, ensuring accuracy, originality, and consistency with the institute’s educational standards. The role also involves collaborating with trainers to align content with course objectives, revising content based on feedback, and maintaining a high level of language quality and cultural relevance.
Qualifications
Strong Research and Analytical Skills to gather, evaluate,



and synthesize information from diverse sources.
Proficiency in Research Writing and Writing, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and engaging content in Marathi.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with faculty, understanding content requirements, and presenting complex ideas simply.
Excellent command of Marathi language (reading and writing) and good understanding of English for source materials and internal communication.
Prior experience in academic or educational content writing, especially in regional languages, is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.
Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in fields such as Literature, Journalism, Education, Social Sciences, or a related discipline is an advantage.
