About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce IT Engineer to play a critical role in shaping and advancing our global Salesforce ecosystem. This position combines deep technical expertise, solution ownership, and business partnership to deliver innovative capabilities that empower sales teams worldwide.

As a senior member of the Sales IT organization, you will serve as a trusted technology advisor, lead complex initiatives, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement across the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with sales leaders, business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and external partners to accelerate digital transformation, improve commercial effectiveness, and unlock the value of AI-enabled sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Solution Delivery

Design, configure, develop, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions supporting global sales organizations.
Lead the implementation of complex enhancements across lead management, account management, opportunity management, forecasting, territory management, quoting,



and customer engagement processes.
Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and secure technical solutions.
Drive solution design workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state capabilities.

Technical Leadership

Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce's Cloud initiatives and projects.
Establish and promote development standards, best practices, and governance processes.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design assessments.
Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across the Sales IT organization.
Contribute to platform strategy and continuous improvement roadmaps.

Integration & Data Management

Lead integration initiatives connecting Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, analytics, and external platforms.
Design and support API-based integrations using contemporary integration patterns.
