Our first product ships this month. You'd be one of the first ten people on the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build the creator network from nothing. Sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefs, seeding, tracking, repeat collaborations. Pet creators, family creators, city creators.
You'll also open vet clinics, pet cafés and grooming partnerships.
You will negotiate. Constantly. That's most of the job.
Your number: creators activated per month and cost per acquired customer.

WHAT WE NEED
Excellent written and spoken communication. Your first message to a creator decides whether they reply.
You can negotiate without being pushy and without overpaying. We'll test this in the task round.
Organised enough to track 50 creators across five stages without anything falling through.
1 to 3 years in influencer marketing, talent management, PR or agency-side partnerships. Or you've
