Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition) who will be responsible for managing bulk hiring across Technical and Non-Technical positions, covering both Contractual and Permanent hiring.
The role requires solid experience in volume recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple positions simultaneously and working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.



Bulk & Volume Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across different projects and functions.
Handle bulk hiring and time-sensitive recruitment requirements.
Manage hiring for both Technical and Non-Technical positions.
Handle recruitment for Contractual and Permanent positions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring and high-volume requirements.

2. Technical Hiring
Manage recruitment for positions such as:
Technical Trainers / Faculty
IT Trainers
Technical Placement Managers
IT/Technology Professionals
Subject Matter Experts
Master Trainers
Technical Project/Operations roles

3. Non-Technical Hiring
Manage recruitment for positions such as:
Placement Managers
Operations Managers
Center/Program Managers
Mobilization/Community roles
HR & Support Functions
Sales/Business Development roles
Other project and corporate positions
