Our client is a fast-growing fashion accessories D2C brand founded by graduates of SRCC, LSR, and ISB. Within one year of operations, the brand has fulfilled ~100K orders and currently processes 800+ orders daily.

This is an opportunity to join the core operations team and play a key role in the company's next phase of growth.

Job Description
What are we looking for:
We are looking for someone who has experience managing end-to-end operations and inventory for a consumer goods, D2C or e-commerce company.
The person should have a knack for organising things — creating systems and processes and ensuring people follow them consistently.
Devil lies in the details: We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented and focused on operational accuracy.
You should have a solid knack for data and be comfortable using different tools to understand inventory, sales and product trends and identify optimization opportunities.




You should be cost-conscious and have an understanding of operational costs and P&L;, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
You should be comfortable with IT and technology tools and be able to use them to improve operational efficiency, reporting and decision-making.
Strong ability to coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to improve efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
Ability to work closely with multiple functions to deliver with speed, accuracy and minimal errors.
Experience working in unstructured, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments.
A strong troubleshooter and problem solver who is hands-on, proactive and able to resolve operational issues quickly.
