Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Mobile Application Engineer to lead the design and development of high-impact mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of mobile architecture and best practices, a proven track record of shipping production apps that scale to millions of users, and a passion for building scalable, performant, and user-friendly applications.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will work across iOS and Android platforms, drive technical excellence, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver world class mobile experiences.

Responsibilities




Mobile app development — Design and develop native or cross-platform mobile applications (iOS/Android) using modern frameworks and best practices
Technical architecture — Lead technical architecture decisions and establish coding standards to ensure scalability and maintainability
Cross-functional collaboration — Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Performance optimisation — Optimise application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for faster load times and smooth user experience
Testing & quality — Implement and maintain robust testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and automation
On-call support — Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical issues with urgency and technical depth
Technology & infrastructure — Stay current with mobile development trends and tools, and contribute to architectural planning that improves mobile infrastructure for future gr
