1. Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Project Manager – SEP Division to manage the planning, execution, coordination, installation, commissioning, and successful completion of Solvent Extraction Plant projects.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within the approved time schedule, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements.
2. Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute SEP projects from order finalization to commissioning and handover.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Site teams.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Review engineering drawings, GA drawings, P&IDs;,



equipment specifications, and technical documents.
Monitor procurement and ensure timely availability of project materials and bought-out items.
Supervise fabrication, assembly, erection, installation, and commissioning activities.
Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and take corrective action wherever required.
Ensure compliance with approved technical specifications, quality requirements, and applicable standards.
Identify project risks, technical issues, and delays and provide timely solutions.
Monitor project cost and control unnecessary expenditure.
Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
Coordinate site activities and ensure proper manpower, tools, equipment, and resources are available.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures during fabrication, erection, and commissioning.
Maintain proper project documentation, inspect
