As Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects focused on new product development, product enhancements, and lifecycle management activities. This role offers an excellent chance to work with multidisciplinary teams and gain hands-on experience in managing technical projects from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and tracking of technical projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Quality & Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, Customer Support, and Technical Publications.
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource tracking using project management tools.
Consolidate inputs from hardware, software, and other functional teams to build and maintain integrated project plans.
Create project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and metrics for leadership reviews.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt Charts,



risk registers, and action trackers.
Monitor project milestones and help ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation planning.
Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and support effective communication across teams.
Assist in managing product lifecycle activities, design changes, and innovation projects.
Support project governance processes and ensure compliance with organizational and quality requirements.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern project management practices to improve team productivity and project outcomes.
Foster positive working relationships within cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
