Job Description:
Define and implement performance engineering strategies for complex N-tier applications.
Derive performance requirements based on business objectives, use cases, and application architecture.
Create, enhance, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner/LRE and JMeter.
Conduct load, stress, endurance, scalability, and other performance tests.
Analyse test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
Perform application profiling and performance tuning using APM and monitoring tools.
Identify potential performance issues early in the software development lifecycle.
Monitor and analyse applications developed using Java, Python, and .NET.
Drive performance and resiliency analysis across distributed and cloud-based applications.
Create performance dashboards and provide trend-based insights to leadership teams.
Work closely with development, architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to resolve performance issues.




Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish performance quality gates.
Analyse web-page performance, including JavaScript, AngularJS, CSS, and third-party components.
Create performance scripts from existing automation scripts, including Selenium.
Support on-premises to cloud migration and performance validation across cloud environments.

Mandatory Skills: Performance Testing, LoadRunner/LRE, JMeter, robust Banking/Financial Services domain experience, AWS/Azure, AppDynamics, CloudWatch, GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD, performance profiling and tuning, N-tier application architecture, Java/Python/.NET application monitoring, web performance, JavaScript, AngularJS, CSS, performance metrics, root-cause analysis, and Selenium-based performance scripting.

Good to Have Skills: Chaos Engineering/Chaos Testing, Chaos Monkey, mobile application performance testing (Android/iOS), GCP, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, performance quality gates in CI/CD,
