To supervise and manage civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed safely, within the approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, budget, and project schedule. The role will involve close coordination with project management, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and the quality and safety teams.

Key Responsibilities-

Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.

Execute activities including excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, waterproofing, finishing, foundations, piling-related works, and other civil works as applicable.

Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues before execution.

Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, surveyors, equipment operators, and workmen for smooth execution.

Monitor daily and weekly progress against planned targets and take corrective action for delays.

Ensure proper deployment and utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment.





Coordinate with planning and project teams for resource and activity scheduling.

Check quantities, measurements, and work completion for subcontractor billing.

Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.

Coordinate with consultants/client representatives for inspections, approvals, and resolution of site issues.

Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved method statements and project specifications.

Identify construction constraints and proactively resolve site-level technical and execution issues.

Ensure all civil works comply with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements, and applicable standards.

Conduct inspections at various stages of construction and coordinate with the QC team for approvals.
