We’re Hiring | Sales & Marketing Manager – Roads & Infrastructure

Axion Advance Materials Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, field-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to grow our asphalt reinforcement solutions business across India.

We are looking for someone who already understands the road and highway industry and has established relationships within the ecosystem.
What we are looking for:
8–15 years of sales/business development experience in the roads & highways sector
Experience with bitumen/PMB, emulsions, asphalt additives, geosynthetics, construction chemicals or allied road construction materials
Strong relationships with road contractors, EPC/HAM/BOT/TOT/OMT companies, NHAI/State departments and consultants
Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop customers and convert opportunities into orders




Experience with product approvals, trials, tenders and techno-commercial discussions
Comfortable with extensive customer meetings, site visits and pan-India travel
Engineering/technical background preferred, though industry relationships and demonstrated sales performance are more significant

Location: Ahmedabad
Travel: Pan India
