Role Description The Interior Fit-out Purchase Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities for interior fit-out projects, including sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods as per project requirements. The executive will process purchase requisitions,



prepare and issue purchase orders, track order status, and maintain accurate purchase records. Daily tasks include coordinating with project, design, and finance teams to align material availability with project timelines, evaluating vendor performance, and optimizing costs without compromising quality. The role also requires monitoring inventory levels for ongoing projects, resolving purchase-related issues, and adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management, with hands-on experience handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
Candidates should possess solid Procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization for interior fit-out materials.
