Role Overview

We seek an experienced Key Account Manager to build and sustain strategic partnerships with major hospitals, healthcare institutions, and clinical partners. In this role, you will drive long-term product placement, secure contract renewals, and ensure reliable delivery of critical medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities

Hospital & Institutional Relations: Act as the primary liaison for key corporate hospitals, government medical institutions, purchasing committees,



and senior clinical stakeholders across Lucknow and surrounding regions.
Portfolio Growth: Expand revenue by promoting our comprehensive product portfolio—including Pharmaceuticals, Renal Care, Anaesthesia, Critical Care, Surgical Disposables, and Medical Equipment—to existing institutional clients.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of essential medicines, disinfectants, and hygiene products.
Principal Alignment: Coordinate local institutional demand with the production, pricing, and compliance standards of our global partners—including Abbott, Alkem, La Renon, and B. Braun.
Tender & Contract Management: Prepare, submit, and manage institutional supply tenders and contracts, ensuring compliance with pricing, regulatory, and execution timelines.
Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving hospital needs to support demand foreca
