Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing customer interactions across various channels, maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries and service requests. The specialist will analyze customer data to identify trends, support sales and marketing initiatives,



and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales and operations teams, tracking follow-ups, preparing customer reports, and supporting projects that enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong customer relationship management and sales skills, with experience handling customer queries and follow-ups.
