We are looking for an experienced SEO professional with 4–5 years of experience who can take ownership of SEO performance from identifying opportunities and building the strategy to execution and measuring business impact.

This is not a checklist driven SEO role.
We need someone who can look at a large website, understand what’s working, identify where the real opportunities are, and turn those insights into a clear SEO roadmap.

What will you own?
• Overall SEO strategy and performance
• GSC & GA4-led analysis and opportunity identification
• Organic traffic to landing page to lead to conversion analysis
• Technical SEO, content, internal linking, indexation and site architecture
• Query and landing page analysis to identify growth opportunities
• SEO prioritisation based on business impact, not just rankings
• Defining and tracking KPIs that connect SEO with leads and conversions
• Working with content and tech teams to turn recommendations into execution
• Regular performance analysis with clear insights and next actions

And SEO is changing.




We’re particularly interested in someone who understands how AI is changing search and discovery including AI Overviews, LLM visibility, AI driven search, structured content, entities, topical authority and emerging opportunities beyond traditional keyword rankings.

We also want someone who can use AI practically and intelligently to improve SEO research, analysis, content strategy and execution.

What does the ideal person look like?
Someone who can open GSC or GA4 dashboard and go beyond; ‘Traffic increased.’
Instead - What happened, Why did it happen, What should we do next, How will we measure the impact?

Robust communication is important, but not because you will be the primary client manager, but because you should simply be able to clearly explain your analysis, recommendations and priorities whenever you’re involved in client or internal discussions.
