? Experience: 2–3+ Years

If you’ve spent the last 2–3+ years managing real ad budgets, juggling multiple clients, and driving results across both e-commerce and lead generation, this one’s for you.

What we’re looking for:
→ Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads
→ Experience running both e-commerce and lead-gen campaigns
→ A sharp eye for lead quality, conversion rate optimization, and lowering CPA/CPL
→ Command of tracking & attribution — Pixel, CAPI/server-side, GA4, GTM
→ Strong campaign planning and full-funnel strategy skills




→ Someone who turns data into decisions, not just reports

You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, meaningful budgets, and a team that values testing, learning, and real results.
