Role Description This is a full time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Kanpur. The Field Sales Executive will identify and engage potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers, conduct site visits, and explain Helium Solar’s solutions, pricing, and project process.



The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with the technical team on feasibility and design inputs, and following up on leads to convert them into closed deals. The Executive will maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, support clients during documentation and rebate processes, and ensure a smooth handover to project execution teams. The position also includes tracking sales targets, reporting market feedback, and representing the brand professionally in local events and customer meetings.
