Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Global HR Operations Specialist - Europe to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle — including onboarding, offboarding, query resolution, and compliance.



You’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth experiences for employees and clients across various geographies while maintaining adherence to local labor laws and SLAs.
What you’ll do -
Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end onboarding process of new employees, following internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Ensure all necessary paperwork, documents, compliance checks, and systems access are prepared compliantly for recent hires
Provide ongoing support and act as the primary point of contact to provide guidance to new hires, addressing any questions that may arise.
Offboarding:
Manage end-to-end offboarding process of new employees, following internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Act as the subject matter expertise to advise on the offboarding laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Coordinate with the payroll department and local vendors to ensure accurate final pay to the exit employees and timely deregistration
Collect and process all necessary exit documentation and return company assets
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and thir
